The venue? A tent on the university rugby field amid heavy security.<\/p>\n<p>Protesting students shutdown the university last month while awaiting the release of the Heher Commission <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepresidency.gov.za\/sites\/default\/files\/Commission%20of%20Inquiry%20into%20Higher%20Education%20Report.pdf\">report<\/a>.
