Joburg indie rockers Indie Dog releases their latest single Moving On today, written and recorded entirely during the national lockdown without any physical recording or writing sessions. Formed in 2018, this four-piece brought out their debut LP Baptism of Fire early last year and last week topped the the PUK FM SA top 10 chart with their single You’re Free.

Watch the music video and read what they have to say about themselves below:

The band is a groovy mix of rock, funk, indie and pop that gives them a unique sound you’ll want to add to your music library. With their last single having charted at #1 on two South African radio stations and having been playlisted on many others (including some international stations), they’ve made a name for themselves as a popular new band on the block.

Vocalist Seb Howarth comments on the message behind the song, “Moving On is about how past experiences dictate current actions. Two people presented with the same situation are going to react differently based on who they are and what they have been through. It is our attempt to make sense of everything going on in the world right now.”

Moving On is now available on all digital platforms including Apple MusicSpotify and Deezer. For the full listing of services, go here.
